I have had the opportunity to be involved and realize the benefits of physical activity.
Playing tennis with my dad, not only helps me stay active, but also helps strengthen our relationship on a personal level. My dad has been playing tennis for many years; passing his tennis skills and knowledge to me. It’s one of my favourite past-times to spend quality time with my dad, while getting exercise at the same time.
There are countless ways that one can stay active. One of the activities I enjoy doing at the lake is paddle boarding!
Playing basketball has provided me with countless hours of training and performing; improving my health in many different ways.

• Prevents weight gain
• Improves chances of living longer
• Improves cognitive function
